Heather Bayes is a passionate educator with many years of experience working with elementary students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration. Heather loves creating a fun, positive classroom where learning is exciting, students feel confident, and every child knows they are valued.

Outside of school, Heather is the proud wife to her husband, Chris, and a devoted mom to her two sons, Matthew and Bryan. She enjoys spending time with her family, making memories together, and finding joy in the little everyday moments that matter most.
