Education: Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Texas at Arlington 

Mrs. Ransom loves her home at Hickey! She joined the All Star team in 2024 as the Elevate teacher and loves working with the staff and students every day. She has taught many years in Plano as a classroom teacher, ESL teacher, and Special Education Teacher.

Mrs. Ransom grew up in a small farming community in west Texas and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where she fell in love with the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has two sweet daughters and three fur babies - 2 cats and 1 dog! Mrs. Ransom spends her time outside of school cooking and enjoying musical theater with her family.
